Managing Partner

  • FRANCIS OSAMUDIAMEN ORONSAYE is the Managing Partner at Heritage Attorneys. He graduated from the University of Benin in 2007, with an LL.B. and immediately proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, where he bagged his BL and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2008. He is currently pursuing an LL.M. degree at the University of Abuja.

    He has worked in several Firms such as:

    i.        Inno, D. Daa’gba and Co. (where he was Head of Chambers);

    ii. Discovery Cycle Professionals (where, as Access to Knowledge II), he was responsible for coordinating the Legal Department of the Sustainable Revenue Enhancement Programme, SREP, of the Adamawa State Government, a project designed to boost the State’s IGR);

    iii.        Dion Solicitors (where he served as Head of Chambers); and

    iv. J-K Gadzama LLP (where he rose to the position of Managing Partner before his exit from the Firm)

    His core areas of practice include Dispute Resolution, Data Privacy Protection, Regulatory Compliance, Employment law, Insolvency/Business Recovery and Intellectual Property. He is also a Notary Public and holds a Certified in Cybersecurity certification from the International Information System Security Certification Consortium, Inc. and several certifications in data privacy protection.

    He has been a critical part of the Legal Team and sometimes.
    led in some notable         cases.

     He speaks English, French, Hausa and Benin.
